well if i make mistakes, could anyone (mostly MMM and masaegu) correct me too? ive been lacking practise for the past few months =\

I guess you could say 特に読解することと文法を書くことが苦手です
苦手（にがて）- a weak point

ひまな 時

ひまの時... (i think thats how it should be, correct me if im wrong)

and when you talk about the JLPT, instead of あります
you could say: 今年の十二月にあるJLPT4を受けることにしました or 受けるつもりです
