Couscous (which itself is semolina wheat) there are hundreds of different types of dishes you can make with it... similar to the number of different types of pizza u can have i guess
Shourba - its like a soup with vegtables, and if you're rich (talking about present times as well) you can add Lamb or Chicken. Lovely
batata thou poulet - potato and chicken - doesn't sound special, don't really know how to make it, buts soooooooooooo tastey.
there are hundreds of others that i don't even know how to write with latin letters.. i love berber food,. but the only problem is. my mum or aunty or family member has to make it. it's not food that you can simply follow a recipe book, its passed down by the family.
