I probably have it at least once or twice a month. There are alot of sushi places around here. My favorite being a place called Tuna Town, owned by David Silveria, drummer from the band Korn. Best thing is on Tusday nights locals get 30% off. Cant beat that.
I eat more if I have been out fishing for yellowtail or albacore tuna. Some of my friends make longer trips and will bring back some yellowfin tuna (ahi) and kick down a few filets. Best part is catching the fish, then having the cook on the boat slice some up right there. Add some soy sauce, wasabi, and its heaven. Dont get much fresher than that.
