Eh, there's really no competition for me. Studio Ghibli wins, imo.

Disney films, as enjoyable as they are (talking about the animated films, not this new 3D crap), basically follow a formula of old fairytale/story + songs + romance; it gets old after awhile. Ghibli films on the other hand, have always touched my heart, stirred my emotions, etc etc.

As for the argument about Disney's originality; I don't care as long as long as they got permission from the creators of the original work. Ghibli has based its films off other things too --- IIRC, Nausicaa was a manga originally, Howl's Moving Castle & Grave of the Fireflies were books, and... there are probably others.
