Dude, you gotta be really athletic.
You can't be a lazy sack of meat and do nothing, you'll get rusty and then eventually suck worse, from not doing it in so long.
You gotta get in shape and stay there.
Do 50 situps, 30 pushups, run about a mile, and train your butt off.
Thats what I did/do.
It actually gets relly easy.
