But compaired to the US, the UK, and most other modern countries, crime rates in Japan are extremley low, and very few people are raped or murderd (when you are compairing to these countries)

Its true that many of the crimes in Japan are very gruesome but as I recall somone saying on a thread a long time ago...(sorry dont remember who it was, but if you decide to pop in at any time, go ahead and give yourself credit)
