He also doesn't eat sweets, except on rare occasions, like his birthday. xD He drinks about 9 pints of water every day, and exercises a lot (Which also helps the body in many more ways than just losing weight or staying in shape.). Also, I believe that Japanese people eat more fish, and fish have Omega 3 fatty acids in them, which is proven to improve your skin and hair. xD Walnuts also have a lot of Omega 3 fatty acid's in them.
