No, it's definitely "mile" as a separate word. "Na no de" is a very common construction. That part of the e-mail makes no sense at all.

Anyway, whoever's writing this hasn't seen the pictures yet, and says that she will see them later. She's also a bad romaji speller. "Isogashikkata?" Either this isn't a native speaker, or it's one who's bad at spelling romaji. Japanese people being bad at romaji is not uncommon, but a mistake like that is very strange for a native speaker to make.
