Take the corporate housing. Get familiar. That's one less thing to worry about. I don't know how you could confidently rent an apartment without seeing it first. I have seem MANY pics on line of spacious apartments "5 minutes from station" that are s***holes a 5 minute taxi ride, or 20 minutes walk from the station.

You need to SEE the apartment you want.
