try buying sushi rice from an asian market, it looks like tiny almost flat peices of something..>< wash it until the water is translucent. After cooking, fluff your rice but not too much or the sticky consistency will dissapear. wet ur hands good with water. put a huge glop of rice in ur hand and start to make a balll shape, then make ur hands perpendicular and form the triangle shape. lightly salt the onigiri and wrap in seaweed. u can also burn some salmon to put inside.
by burn, i mean fry but use VERY LITTLE oil.
