Website For Hayao Miyazaki’s Latest Movie Goes Live

Studio Ghibli has launched an official website for the upcoming, and possibly final film, from Japanese anime legend Hayao Miyazaki. The new movie will be called Ponyo on a Cliff (崖の上のポニョ). Miyazaki's previous movies include much loved titles Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, and My Neighbor Totoro.

Ponyo on a Cliff is the story of a 5-year-old boy and his relationship with a goldfish princess who longs to become human. The new website for the film doesn't actually show much in the way of images or videos from the film, but does have one teaser image showing a more watercolor animation style for Miyazaki for this movie.

Ponyo on a Cliff is scheduled for release in Japan in 2008.
