wtf... they have all these requirments.. but really really.. limited resources.. have u try asking those crazy foreign exchange program people where to go?.. and u want to find a organization.. what if that organization is all the way across the world?.. then wouldn't u just be learning online or from some of their resources?.. books.. this is crazy?!
