I would go back to the manga, but it, surprisingly, bores me. Series that are very action-based, I prefer to watch it as opposed to reading it. Now give me a nice drama like series or something fantasy based, then I, usually, prefer its manga over the anime.
That aside, the stuff you mentioned there, I already knew since I do know of people who keeps up with the manga.

I know that'd get on my nerves. I have no patience for waiting for stuff like that. Luckily, Naruto isn't all that bad in this regard, which is probably why I can tolerate the anime series.
