When did we tell them "they can't come back"? Native Americans are free to come and go as they please anywhere in the country. It just so happens that they don't move much because the government wanted to socialize their lives as "consolation". If you ask me, they'd have been better off being wiped out than subjected to the system they're stuck in now (fate worse than death). It's really sad.

First, I want to know where you got that number--if it's just some arbitrary bullsht you made up to be illustrative, or if you actually read that somewhere.
