Incredibly. Try going to New York City. I fear for the pedestrians there. Up there, seems that the drivers always have the right of way.

It's interesting how what's considered rude in one country isn't in another. I'm sure my old elementary school etiquette teacher would have a fit over the soup slurping thing. lol
