Martial artists take themselves WAY too seriously... -

... I know because I'm one myself (I've practiced Karate, TaeKwondo and Muay Thai)
In the modern world, Martial Arts is the same as taking soccer, Rugby, Gymnastics or any other sport or extra-curricular activity.
I'm sick of the boneheaded, fanatical practitioners who think they're something special. Because outside of the ring/dojo, you just look like an idiot when you preach your style to others or when you boast your ability.
