Like the OP said, the shows can't be compared, imo. Given my choice, though, I'd have to go with Sailor Moon. It didn't consist of powering up for 20 episodes.

Now, if it was between Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon, I'd have chosen Dragon Ball.
