I don't have my text or anything on me to even know if this sentence I'm about to type is right, so feel free to correct me if I do manage to get it wrong. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to adverbs.

I studied Spanish briefly but my Spanish is bad.
短く私はスペイン語を学習しましたが私のスペイン語は いいじゃない。
Mijikaku watashi wa SUPEIN go o gakushuu shimashita ga watashi no SUPEIN go wa ii janai.

I really think this is way off. ^^;;;

Anyway, I pass on...討つ (うつ) which means "to avenge".
