Well, one way is to use the -tara form (mind you, I haven't had a lot of practice with this!)

If I'm not mistaken, I believe your example sentence would sound like:

"Onaka ga suitara sore o tabemasu."

But that may be more like "If I'm hungry, I'll eat that"
