Has anyone claimed Tooru? If not, he's mine. And no saying he's been claimed, just to keep me from claiming him, if he hasn't actually been, please.

I searched through a good portion of this thread and some others, looking at sigs, but there's no mention.

I had wanted to claim both him and Wataru, but I see Wataru's been claimed already.
