Hmmm... I'd have to say Fruits Basket and Ouran High School Host Club.

Fruits Basket, I felt was just too short and I would've liked to see Kyo and Tohru's relationship develope (along with Yuki's) like in the manga.

Ouran High School Host Club... ohmigosh. I got so pissed when they didn't end up kissing in the end. >< So, I'm just hoping that they'd somehow continue it.

I'd say Yu-Gi-Oh! as well, because I absolutely loved the series, but I think Kazuki Takahashi stopped at a right time. A part of me would have liked to see it continue and a part of me doesn't. I just don't like the fact that Yu-Gi-Oh! GX totally killed YGO for a lot of people. I don't know, I think it's okay though he ended it. I mean, I wouldn't want it to be like a series like Pokemon that goes on and on forever.
