I disagree with the first sentence. Dir en grey is a band that changes continuously. Their style of music has been different in every album. I wouldn't say that they have lost their touch even thought I wouldn't like their newer style. I do, but if I wouldn't.
I know lots of people that have liked their older music but doesn't like the newest album, the Marrow of a Bone. I think that it's the best album of Dir en grey. I love their present style even thought I like the older one, too. I understand that it is disappointing that the style of music changes to something that feels unpleasant. Changing style between albums seems to be part of Dir en grey, and everyone should try to accept it. Every album has something new. The change between Withering to Death and the Mrrow of a Bone was rather large, thought.
About Dozing Green, it took a while for me to understand it. At first I felt dissapointed.
After a few times of listening I started to understand the song. Now I love it.
