If so is there a website that gives that information?

2. I am wondering if I would be able to find a job at all. I have no bachelor or university degree at all. Just a high school diploma.
However my native language is Dutch, my English is pretty good i think, i speak French and understand German perfectly (just can not write it or speak it very well). Atm I am trying to learn Japanese, just started though.
I usually work as a secretary or in administration but some of my past jobs were a bit more creative like moderating a forum and updating a website and adjusting graphics for it.
Also I am eager to learn new things and find learning easy.
Will I have a hard time finding a job?
Will I need to take courses or do something extra?

Thank you in advance.
You could look at places like

Work in Japan for Bilingual Professionals : CareerCross

If you are an IT guy it is pretty easy. Other then that it would be hard. You could only get a visa by marrige. After the english teachers ruined it in Japan I dont think Japan is even giving humanitarian visas anymore.
