Anata no onamae ha? Kyou ha Firenze ha hare desu.
あなた の おなまえ は? きょう は フィレンツ� � は はれ です。
What is your name? Today Florence is sunny day.
At the 1st sentence, there is no verb. It's abbrebiated.
hare kumori ame
はれ くもり あめ
sunny cloudy rainny
Then if "ha" is just behind the subject, it is pronaunced "wa".
