I saw on a TV show (a pretty trashy one) the contestants had to eat horse penis (and testicles, eyes and heart) and they were all gagging. Three threw up. Just a nice little fact for you there.
Oh but I'm sure it would be done up nice if you were to take it seriously for a meal. Don't knock it till you tried it I suppose.
