Anyway generally here people won't make translations of text other then a short sentence unless the person asking has at least tried themselves.

In any case if none of you are capable of speaking Japanese in your club you might want to mention that it will be English only otherwise if there is a Japanese person willing to enter a club with Otaku in the name >< and they read the Japanese text they may be misled to think they can communicate in Japanese.
