Hm... the first song I ever listened to, that got me into it, was "Tekesuta Kousen". I would definately reccomend it. Other good ones are "Smile Ichiban Ii Onna", "Maple Gunman", "Escapism"... and "Bokura no Popopo!". And if you want things that the new members worked on... well, there's not much yet, but "Ryuusei Rocket" is worth the listen.
