That says "I eat only the apples of death gods." Not really even.. The subject is really fuzzy so it's an assumed "I." More context would be needed to determine the correct subject.
I think what you're trying to say is: 死の神々だけはりんごを食べる
Shi no kamigata dake wa ringo wo taberu = Only death gods eat apples
If you want to say death gods eat only apples, then that's different.
