"See you!" would be "nähdään!" in finnish ^^
if you meet the person tomorrow, you can say "huomiseen!"
Let's move on to the next part:
"What is your name? Today Florence is sunny day."
"Mikä sinun nimesi on? Tänään suomessa on luminen päivä."
Mikä = what
sinun = your (consists of the word "sinä" + possessive pronoun)
nimesi = name (nimi + the ending caused by the possessive pronoun)
on = is
tänään= today
suomessa = in finland
luminen = snowy
päivä = day
