If you read that article which came out yesterday, it writes about Ivan Orkin, an American chef who studied ramen and opened a shop in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. It's apparently rated #7 among top ramen places in Tokyo and people love it - it's "high level."
Anyone eaten there yet?
