Lessee...
The first system I owned was a Genesis. The first game I had on it was Sonic 2. I can't even remember the name of my favourite game for the gen. I might as well just go with my second favourite that I can remember the name for; Gunstar Heros.
What I own now. I might as well say what I use, because I have a PS1 and PS2, both are in... storage though. Currently I use my PS3. The game I'm hooked on right now is DMC4. With the way I play games lately I can't really say I have a favourite, I get something and play it a lot then put it away until I feel like playing it again.
My favourite system is my PS3. Because it's a PS2, and a PS1 as well. Nice to have (basically) a free HD video player.
