Well. I guess it depends what you mean by that.
If you mean: I met someone online(or a chat, or forum, ect.) and decided to date that person online, without ever meeting them in person. No, that's rather pointless I think.
If you mean: I met someone online and decided to hang out with them for real, then ended up dating them. Then yes I have. My last relationship was with a guy I met on a random anime forum, after 2 months of chatting we decided to meet face to face, and it was like love at first sight kind of thing. We were together for 3 years until I decided to break up last April 2007. (Complicated, eh.)
