When you surf youtube/wikipedia to get your fix. (I do both)
When you dream and hope for the day when robots can have personalities from people which you download from the web just so you can have an anime person robot (Note-I thought of this because of Futurama and Fry downloading that chick into a robot (can't remember the name))
When you can think up of something like what I just typed.
