Yes, but if you don't say "watashi wa" or anyone else you'll be implying yourself anyway. Although in some contexts you'll want it... like if you're talking about ice cream and the other person says "banira ga suki desu" (I like vanilla) then you can say "watashi wa chokoreeto ga suki desu" (As for me, I like chocolate). Do you see what I'm saying?
