Try listening to the podcast Guzen Media Japan. The podcast is free and by an American guy who's been teaching English in Japan for like 20 years and is living in Shizuoka. He also has a website: guzenmediajapan.com and a forum: guzenstudio.com/forum. Good luck^_^
