Okonomiyaki.

Maybe it was served as breakfast because they thought it would be what I am used to for breakfast in the US.

It was far from what I am used to though. :-)

Sausages...
They also served me these little link sausages that were cooked on the same griddle as the okonomiyaki.

I have always wondered about them, becasue they looked raw, but were only heated briefly before being served.
I hope they were pre-cooked.
Is this common in Japan?
Little precooked sausage links for heating up quickly?
