while he first two are pretty interesting films, they don't really show what parkour is. district b13 is great

i would recommend a dvd called "parkour journeys" purely for the interview with daniel ilabaca (my role model). he really shows he essence of parkour in his words as well as his movements, it also shows what a model traceur should be like. well worth it
