why on earth do you need to know about weapons laws regarding freerunning?
To answer your question, pretty sure you can only have replica weapons in your home - in public, real or not, you will probably be arrested
As for property, if you damage something....well, depends on whether or not you can run fast enough before anyone sees who did it ;-)
