The only thing that I can really help you with is the Hair Thinning. They are really odd scissors, but they do a PHENOMENAL job. Anyways, you can usually ask hair dressers where they get theres. However, I got mine from Target. I'm sure any of those kinds of stores would carry them.
Oh, and they are called 'Razor' Scissors. That might help you find them easier. ^^ Or at least,s o I was told.
