Really? Are you sure? That can't be all. I have watched quite a few programs on Yakitori and here are a few things I saw them eat:

Intestines, gizzards, cartilage, heart, liver, and tail.

Of course all these pieces were from a chicken, but I found it very strange how almost every piece of the animal is consumed.
