little way from tokyo, but I found a ramen place near isogo station in Yokohama and NOTHING has come close to it since.... I want to go back - maybe I will after work tomorrow hahaha!

As for restaurants, most of the big tourist areas (shinjuku, shibuya, Ishikawacho etc) have a lot of restaurants for obvious reasons
