In the Netherlands there are a few anime conventions. This year I'm going to Chibicon in Utrecht: a nice convention that is not so very big, but you can watch anime in a separate video room, there are several merchant stands with lots of anime and manga stuff and there are games and several competitions, not to forget a noodle bar. I've been there last year as well and I'm really looking forward to this year!
