Wow, that is an awesome picture! The guy is hot and the girl is really pretty!!
As far as his hair, I think you will need to get is cropped or layered. Bring the pic to a style-ist and they will be able to help. To help achieve the look, you will want to streak your hair with his colors. Hope that helps!
