Why doesn't it make sense? I drink and kill people at age 18 XDDDDDDD Hahahahahahahaha! guess people seem more responsible after that age. Plus its not like people wait to be 21 to drink anyways so why does that matter right now?  .
I'm not racist . . . I hate everyone equally.
