There's a whole variety of means & contexts to say it. "Aishiteru", is a popular way of putting it, and it's my favourite. ^^ I think "Daisuki" is somewhere around there, although the connotations are not as strong.
I'm still learning, so it'd be best to wait for an expert's clarification.
There's no such thing as happy endings, for when you find true love, happiness is everlasting.
