I actually read somewhere (unverified) that PETA is considered a domestic terror organization by the FBI.

I probably don't know enough on the subject, but I see vegans more anti-cow and chicken butchering than PETA...they seem to me to be more anti-veal and fur some other things. After those humane society videos of cows that can't walk being sent to slaughter (into OUR food) I have been much more suspect of what goes in my stomach. I am hardly a vegetarian, but I don't want to eat meat from sick cows...
