That wouldn't mean anything at all in Japanese. At least not the same way as in English.

"Journeyman" might be a little tough. You could try searching Jim Breen's dictionary with the term 'apprentice' (since a journeyman is one who has completed an apprenticeship) and see what you come up with. However, I think a lot of the results would be obscure/archaic words.
