where in osaka that i can buy RAM for my US notebook? -

i got US sony notebook and wanna buy more RAM(512->1g).
i looked on RAM booklet at electronic stores and saw no RAM that compatiable to my model.
where can i find it?
my model is PCG-FRV37.
