This is a hard one, but i think i would go with Housen from Ikkitousen, that's one wild chick. If not Housen maybe Nani (One Piece), Kurumu Kurono (Rosario + Vampire) or Kanu Uncho (Ikkitousen). Anime girls make me feel naughty...
