I do not deny vegetarianism because it is a personal choice like I said previously and I feel that some people could definitely use lean diet.

Obesity has become such a big health problem in many parts of the world.

I see a lot of that since I currently reside in the US and what shocked me was when I came back to Japan and stayed there for a month, I easily lost few pounds by eating Japanese food.

In the near future, I hope more restaurants in Japan recognize the demand for vegetarian food and start offering them at franchise chains as well.
